AutoFlatpaks is a Steam Deck plugin that automatically updates available flatpaks between intervals without going into the Steam Deck desktop mode.

How To Install AutoFlatpaks Steam Deck Plugin

  • Install Decky Loader
  • Press the menu button (•••) on the Steam Deck and scroll down to the Decky Loader plugin and click the store icon.
  • Scroll down and look for AutoFlatpaks install it.

  • Press the menu button (•••) on the Steam Deck and scroll down to the Decky Loader plugin and click AutoFlatpaks
  • You can manually update flatpaks and setup automatic intervals.
