Reddit user jM5557 created a web-based tool SDeckFX to help preview the default Steam Deck UI SFX files, replace them with your own custom SFX, and then download for use in your own SFX Packs.
The Decky Plugin Loader and the plugin Audio Loader are required to be installed on the Steam Deck for this to work.
