AEW Fight Forever is the debut arcade wrestler video game from the professional wrestling promotion All Elite Wrestling. The game is published by THQ Nordic and developed by Yuke’s, the creators of the classic WWE Smackdown games.
Fight Forever brings me back to the Nintendo 64 WWF No Mercy days with it’s graphics and fun over the top, easy to pick up & play gameplay. It features a huge roster of wrestlers to choose from such as the current champ MJF, former champs like CM Punk and more.
The game also features a surprising amount features including a full fledged create a wrestler, create a team where you could put any two wrestlers together as a new AEW duo and even a arena creator.
There’s also a surplus amount of game modes to play offline and online including a Casino Battle Royale and my favorite, the Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match.
After each match you will get graded on your performance and earn in game currency. Use that in game currency to unlock customizable items like apparel, arena assets, moves and more.
There’s even a robust career mode where you get to start your AEW career from scratch with any fighter or created player.

I have CryoUtilities installed on my Steam Deck with my refresh rate/framerate limit set to 60 and my TDP set to 9.
This game runs incredible on the Steam Deck. With my settings above I get a near locked 60fps with over two hours of battery time.
Thank you to THQ Nordic for the review key.
